Biography
Cathy Reitz is a research project manager  working on a portfolio of studies that leverage technology and principles from behavioral economics to drive innovation in care delivery and improve population health outcomes at Penn Medicine. Her current efforts focus on preventive screenings, medication adherence, and remote monitoring of hypertensive patients. Previously, Cathy worked on an evaluation of the national smoking quitline, helped to coordinate a national evaluation of smoking cessation programs for teens, and assisted in the facilitation of training and field operations for two large studies related to the safety of the nation’s donor blood supply. Cathy holds a master’s degree in public health from Emory University and a bachelor’s in biological anthropology from James Madison University.
