Biography
Teniola (Teni) Egbe, MPH, MBE, is a project manager working with Harsha Thirumurthy, PhD. Teni received her Master of Public Health and Master of Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania. During her graduate studies, she conducted research examining the risk of prematurity by race, ethnicity, and nativity. She previously worked at CHOP on child abuse studies focused around imaging as a tool to help identify cases of child abuse. Teni received her BS in Biology from Villanova University. Teni is interested in maternal and child health, global health, intimate partner violence, and racial and ethnic health disparities.
