Congratulations to Kevin Mahoney, MBA, CEO of the University of Pennsylvania Health System and CHIBE External Advisory Board Member, for being named to City & State’s 2025 Trailblazers in Healthcare list.
“Since 2019, Kevin Mahoney has headed the University of Pennsylvania Health System, overseeing seven hospitals and hundreds of specialty and outpatient sites across three states. His efforts to expand the system’s reach include the addition of the nationally ranked Clifton Center for Medical Breakthroughs, Doylestown Health and the forthcoming Penn Medicine Montgomeryville, a 162,000-square-foot outpatient center, along with cancer and imaging facilities at Penn Medicine Princeton. He also co-created the $1.6 million Fund for Health to address health challenges in underserved communities,” City and State wrote.
