Dr. Parikh Is Selected by NAM to be the 2023-2025 Gilbert S. Omenn Fellow

Ravi Parikh is selected as the 2023-2025 Gilbert S. Omenn Fellow at the National Academy of Medicine

Congratulations to CHIBE affiliate Ravi Parikh, MD, MPP, FACP, who was selected by the National Academy of Medicine (NAM) to be the 2023-2025 Gilbert S. Omenn Fellow!

According to NAM, this fellowship “is to enable talented, early-career physician-scientists combining biomedical research, public health, and clinical medicine to participate actively in health- and medicine-related study processes of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (the National Academies), promoting the integration of public health and medicine — both scientifically and through practice and policy.”

Dr. Parikh’s news will be announced in person at NAM’s annual meeting in Washington, DC, on October 9, 2023.
