Samantha Fellman

Program Coordinator

Samantha Fellman is a Program Coordinator in the Center of Health Incentives & Behavioral Economics and in the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy. She provides administrative support by overseeing event management and providing general operational support. She has worked at the University of Pennsylvania for 15 years in various administrative capacities at the School of Engineering, the Division of the Vice Provost for University Life, and the Perelman School of Medicine. She also worked as an HR Administrator at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute’s (HHMI) Philadelphia Regional Office of Administrative Services. In this role, she oversaw HR matters for HHMI principal investigators at laboratories at University of Pennsylvania, Cornell University, Princeton University, Rutgers University, and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Samantha is also pursuing her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania.
