Rahul Ladhania, PhD, is a post-doctoral researcher at the Behavior Change For Good Initiative (BCFG) at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is working with the BCFG machine learning team led by Lyle Ungar, Katherine Milkman, Sendhil Mullainathan, and Jann Spiess. His research is primarily in the area of health policy and statistics, with a focus on estimating the causal impact of policy, digital and/or behavioral interventions on patient behavior, health outcomes and physician productivity using statistical machine learning methods.
Dr. Ladhania received his PhD in Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University. His dissertation work was on proposing and testing heterogeneous effect sub-groups using observational data in conjunction with experimental data.
Dr. Ladhania is joining the University of Michigan School of Public Health as an Assistant Professor in Fall 2020.
