Biography
Samantha Fellman is an Executive Program Coordinator with the Center for Health Incentives and Behavioral Economics (CHIBE) and the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy at the University of Pennsylvania. In her role, she oversees event planning and management while providing operational and administrative support across a range of programs and initiatives. Samantha brings more than 20 years of experience at the University of Pennsylvania, having served in administrative roles within the School of Engineering and Applied Science, the Division of the Vice Provost for University Life, and the Perelman School of Medicine. Prior to joining CHIBE, she worked as an HR Administrator with the Howard Hughes Medical Institute’s (HHMI) Philadelphia Regional Office of Administrative Services, where she managed human resources activities for HHMI investigators and research laboratories at the University of Pennsylvania, Cornell University, Princeton University, Rutgers University, and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Ethics and Social Good.
