Dr. Mark Pauly is a CHIBE-affiliated faculty member and the John M. Bendheim, W’40 and Thomas L. Bendheim, WG’90 Professor Emeritus of Health Care Management. He has consulted for a number of organizations including the Greater New York Hospital Association, the Urban Institute, various pharmaceutical companies, and National Economic Research Associates. Dr. Pauly’s books include “Health Benefits at Work: An Economic and Political Analysis of Employment-Related Health Insurance,” “Supplying Vaccine: An Economic Analysis of Critical Issues,” and “Financing Long Term Care: What Should Be the Government’s Role?” Dr. Pauly received his PhD in economics from the University of Virginia, his MA in economics from the University of Delaware, and his AB from Xavier University.
