Biography
Dr. Linn’s research interests include predictive modeling, causal inference, and the design and analysis of sequential multiple assignment randomized trials (SMARTs). In particular, she is interested in utilizing data from standard randomized trials and SMART designs to estimate optimal personalized interventions that lead to better long-term health behaviors and outcomes. She has a developing interest in methods to quantify and address unfairness in machine learning models. Dr. Linn is also an associate director of CHIBE.
