Keyirah Williams, BA

Biography

Keyirah Williams is a clinical research coordinator working on a portfolio of studies that involve preventive screenings and population health. In this role, she supports gastroenterology medical research that leverages behavioral economics to improve screening rates, patient engagement, and care delivery across marginalized and at-risk groups at Penn Medicine. She works with Dr. Shivan Mehta.

Keyirah holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in African American studies from Temple University. She is passionate about reproductive justice, improving access to care and decreasing health disparities. Keyirah is pursuing a master’s degree in public health with a concentration in global health at the University of Pennsylvania.
