Kathleen Elizabeth Allen, MS, RD

Biography

Kathleen Allen is a Registered Dietitian, having completed her dietetic internship at NewYork-Presbyterian, and obtained her Master’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. She is currently completing her joint MD-MBA from Geisel School of Medicine and Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Her research focuses on the impact of diet on health, especially cardiac health. She has published 20 peer-reviewed publications and is a peer reviewer for various journals (Journal of American College of Cardiology (JACC), JACC: Heart Failure, and Frontiers in Nutrition). Overall, Kathleen is committed to translating lifestyle medicine into data, presentations, publications, and patient education materials that give individuals the ability to leverage lifestyle medicine to improve their health.
