Biography
Hannah Posner is interested in preventive medicine, value-based care, and health care innovation. She is pursuing an MD degree at the Perelman School of Medicine. Prior to medical school, she worked as a product analyst on the Clinical Innovations team at Aledade, a company that works with independent practices, health centers, and clinics to build and lead Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) anchored in primary care. Currently, she is part of a team focused on designing an intervention that tests ways to improve the effectiveness of healthy foods prescription programs. Hannah is a graduate of Harvard College where she concentrated in History of Science and earned a secondary in Global Health and Public Health Policy.
