Biography
Emily Kim is a Clinical Research Coordinator where she works on projects focused on reducing cardiovascular disease risk through behavioral science approaches. Prior to this role, she supported research projects addressing food insecurity and malnutrition, as well as initiatives related to women’s health. Her research interests include nutrition and food equity, preventive care, and the use of digital tools and technology to improve health outcomes.
Emily received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Food Science from the University of Maryland, College Park, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Biomedical Informatics at the University of Pennsylvania.
