Biography

Ayisha is a family nurse practitioner providing direct clinical care to patients enrolled in the Penn Medicine ASCVD Risk Reduction Initiative. She has over seven years of experience providing clinical care to patients in the out-patient primary care setting, with most of that time serving patients at Penn Internal Medicine University City. Ayisha received both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University.
