Gamification and energetic behavior change in adolescent-parent dyads with obesity

The goal of this pilot project is to determine if gamification reduces sugar sweetened beverage intake and increases steps and activity level per day above self-monitoring alone among obese adolescent. This pilot project will also determine the acceptability and feasibility of gamification in adolescent-parent dyads with obesity.
