Dr. Barankay is an Associate Professor of Management in the Wharton School. Dr. Barankay’s research interests lie in the fields of behavioral economics, labor economics, personnel economics and field experiments. His current scope of research includes: interaction between workplace incentives and social networks; design and implementation of field experiments in personnel economics; rank preferences and status; political institutions and the efficiency of public good provision.
