Biography

My research goal is to improve the health and well-being of adolescent and young adult patients. I explore innovative strategies to motivate behavior change in youth, including interventions grounded in behavioral economics, the use of technology and health policies that promote youth health. I employ youth-engaged and empowering methodology in my work to highlight the strengths and perspectives of youth. I also study the consumer experience and design of the ACA’s health insurance marketplaces.
