Wendy Voet is a non-profit and public health leader with more than two decades of experience driving program innovation, strategic growth, and organizational leadership across global and domestic settings. Most recently, Wendy served as Principal Program Advisor for New Program Development at Jhpiego Corporation, a Johns Hopkins affiliate, where she led grant writing and program design for high-impact, health system focused proposal teams. Within that role, she helped secure more than $250 million in funding from leading global health donors. She also was the Executive Director of WOMEN’S WAY, a Philadelphia-based non-profit, where she strengthened the impact of advocacy, grantmaking and fundraising programs. Previous to that, Wendy was the Deputy Director of the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Public Health (CPH), where she oversaw the administration of the CPH, launched interdisciplinary workgroups, initiated training institutes and seminar series, and facilitated community-based health collaborations that led to key programming such as a refugee health center at Penn Center for Primary Care (for which she won the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society Golden Door Award). She also taught within the MPH Program for over a decade. Wendy holds a Master of Public Health from Tulane University and a B.A. with honors in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
