Oluwadamilola (Oluwa) Oshewa

Biography

Oluwadamilola (Oluwa) Oshewa is a project manager dedicated to advancing health equity through collaborative research, community partnership, and implementation-focused initiatives. They previously served as a Project Manager in the Center for Health Equity Advancement, supporting SCALE‑LHS, a national network center for learning health systems.

Before that, Oluwa worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator in Penn’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, contributing to research on racial disparities, patient experiences, and structural inequities in maternal health. They also bring a strong foundation in Black maternal health advocacy as a full‑spectrum doula.
