Biography
Megan Hauck Marshall is a partner at Red+Blue Strategies and a rare mix of policy wonk, procedural expert, and strategist. Her in-depth knowledge of how health policy spans strategy as well as the legislative and regulatory process match her strong connections with the people involved at every level. The result? She’s an invaluable part of every client team. Megan combines almost 30 years of public and private sector experience to give clients actionable strategies and effective insights that allow anticipatory planning.
Megan has held key leadership positions in the White House, advising President George W. Bush on health, welfare, and budget issues, as well as at the Department of Health and Human Services. Within Senate Republican leadership, she has extensive experience shaping the GOP’s health policy agenda both for Senator Nickles in the Whip Office and Senator McConnell in the Office of the Republican Leader. Megan holds a degree from James Madison University.
