Research Interests

Dr. Leone’s focus is on treatment of tobacco use.  He is primarily interested in the evaluation of novel treatment strategies.  Also of interest to Dr. Leone are the mechanisms for improving physician guideline adherence, including teaching strategies, implementation of Electronic Health Record incentives, and the recognition / modification of cognitive biases that influence physician decision making.
